About Qurable
Qurable is an AI-native customer engagement and loyalty platform for large and midsize companies. It unifies customer data, loyalty points, engagement and payments, and decides each customer's reward inside the transaction, in about 150 ms, at the point of sale, in the payment processor or at checkout.
Qurable has five modules that share the same customer profile, rules and ledger: Agentic Data Platform (member data), Engagement & Loyalty (points program), Engagement Ecosystem (loyalty coalition), Payments (loyalty at the POS, in the payment processor and at checkout) and Loyalty Ledger.
Traditional loyalty software calculates points after the purchase and stores one balance per member. Qurable decides the reward inside the authorization, before the transaction closes: it picks each customer's reward within the program's rules and budget, and records every entry on a double-entry ledger with real-time liability.
Qurable is a loyalty and engagement platform with a built-in customer data platform (CDP) designed for loyalty programs. It isn't a CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Braze remain your CRM and marketing stack, and Qurable sends them every program event via webhooks and a daily data export.
No. Qurable doesn’t process or move the payment money: it connects to the processor, gateway or POS you already use and decides the benefit inside the payment authorization, in about 150 ms. Your processor still handles the charge.
Related questions
- What is Transaction Intelligence? It's the ability to use the signals of a live transaction, together with the customer's context and loyalty state, to decide and apply the next best action before the payment completes, and to record its economic effect.
- What is a data-driven loyalty program? It is a loyalty program that uses each member's data —purchases, balance, tier and context— to decide which reward to give, on which channel and at what moment, and to measure what it costs and returns.
- What's the difference between a CDP and a CRM?A CRM stores who the customer is and builds campaigns for later. A CDP like Agentic Data Platform recognizes the member at checkout, decides their reward in ~150 ms and records every point in a hash-chained ledger.
- What is the difference between a points program and a loyalty program?A loyalty program is the full strategy to bring customers back: rewards, tiers, communication and experience.

Related questions
- Which countries does Qurable operate in?Qurable has live programs in more than 6 Latin American markets. In Argentina, Shell Box, ON by Axion Energy, MostaClub and TRIBU; in Chile, SKY Airline's SKY Plus; MostaClub also in Uruguay and Paraguay; and in Mexico, Rappi's Soy Rappi ran on Qurable.
- Does it work for a group with several brands?Yes. A group can run one program with one customer base for all its brands, in store and online.
AI and agents
Qurable uses AI in three places: at the point of payment it picks each customer's reward within the program's rules and budget; in campaigns it drafts rules, audiences and coupons from a prompt; and through the MCP server your own AI agents can run the program.
Qurable's AI decides each reward at the point of payment automatically, but always within a campaign your team approved, with its rules, priorities and budget. Every campaign is simulated on the last 7 days of real data before it goes live, and every decision leaves a trace: which event arrived, which condition matched and which effect was applied.
Yes: Qurable has an MCP server so your LLM or AI agents can run the program with the same permissions, the same schema and the same approval flow as a person on your team. Nothing that affects members goes live without human approval, and nothing is issued outside the program's rules or budget.
Implementation and integration
No: Qurable connects to your existing stack through APIs, so what works keeps working. If you want, it can replace separate tools for points, coupons, campaigns and balances; your CRM and marketing stack stay, connected to a single customer profile, rule set and ledger.
Qurable is API-first and white-label: it integrates through a REST API, signed real-time webhooks, an MCP server for AI agents and a white-label SDK for your app or website. Customers already run it alongside Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Klaviyo, Shopify, VTEX, Napse, Pomelo, Mercado Pago, Stripe and WhatsApp, among others, and every program event is exported daily to your data warehouse.
The production pilot goes live in 1 to 3 months, with your current program or from scratch; full implementation depends on how many channels, payment touchpoints and systems you connect. One published case: TRIBU unified Dexter, Moov and Stock Center into a single program and reached full production in 45 days.
Every Qurable project starts with a demo built around your use case and your data. Qurable often invests in a short MVP so your team can test the technology before committing. Next comes the production pilot, then the rollout to more channels, systems and markets.
Qurable runs in containers and can be deployed three ways: in Qurable's cloud, with the database in your company's cloud account, or with the whole platform in your cloud. It works with any cloud provider and in any region.
Related questions
- Does it work with my POS?Yes, via API with signed webhooks; Napse (TOTVS) is already live with clients.
- Can I migrate my current program?Yes. We import your member base and their balances as opening balances, with a reconciliation report, and members claim their account with a code sent to their email or phone.
- How does it connect to my finance systems?Entries are exported daily to your data warehouse, and every program event goes out through signed webhooks.
Data, security and uptime
You own your customer data: it's exported daily to your data warehouse and every program event goes out by webhook. Personal data can be deleted under configurable permission rules, while the audit trail is preserved. Qurable can also operate on pseudonymized identities, without seeing names, ID numbers or contact details.
Qurable stores data encrypted, with role-based access and dual approval for manual adjustments. Members identify at the point of sale with a QR code that rotates every 30 seconds, and every entry is recorded on a hash-chained ledger with automatic reconciliation.
Qurable is ISO 27001 certified. See the information security policy (Spanish)
Qurable's standard SLA is 99.5% monthly uptime. The reward decision takes about 150 ms and member identification under 50 ms (p95, server-side). If the platform doesn't respond, the sale still goes through: points are queued and posted once the platform is back online; redemptions need a live connection.
Related questions
- How does it recognize the same customer in store and online? In store, members identify with a QR code that changes every 30 seconds or with an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, in under 50 ms (p95, server-side).
- Can it work without personally identifiable data?Yes. With name, ID number, email and phone pseudonymized with a hash, campaigns, segmentation, rules, tiers and analytics keep working.
- Does the ledger use blockchain? The ledger doesn’t depend on blockchain: it’s double-entry and every entry is chained to the previous one, with automatic reconciliation.
Pricing and results
Qurable doesn't publish pricing: the commercial model depends on the size of the program, the modules and the channels you connect. After the demo, we review your use case and send a tailored proposal.
SKY Plus, SKY Airline's loyalty program, has more than 1.7 million active members and cut payments without ticket issuance from 4% to 0%. ON by Axion Energy reaches 550,000 monthly active users with 25% fewer complaints, and TRIBU passed one million members in its first year.
Related questions
- How do you measure a points program's results? With a pilot in one market or channel, measured against a control group: purchase frequency, average order value and program cost, compared with members who didn't get the campaign.
- How do I control program cost and points liability?Every point issued is a debt to the member. Each program issues up to the budget it has funded, every campaign has spend caps, and the program has guardrails and exclusion groups.
