Promotions everyone gets
The shelf discount goes to anyone at the register. Without knowing who buys, you can’t tell whether the promotion brought a new visit or gave away margin to someone who was buying anyway.
With Qurable, your grocery loyalty program identifies the member at the register, in the app and online, and decides at payment the discount, coupon or points that apply. Supplier brands can pay part of each promotion, with their contribution recorded.

The grocery problem
A supermarket sells to thousands of people every day without knowing who they are: promotions cost the same for everyone and purchase data never turns into a relationship.

Flyers and coupons that are the same for everyone: the shopper buying diapers gets the dog food deal. Without purchase history there’s no way to give each person what they need.
[ 03 ]
Supplier brands fund promotions, but the close is done in spreadsheets and nobody can show who got each dollar or what purchase it generated.
With Qurable

Identification at the register, coupons, suppliers and sales continuity.
It’s a program that identifies the customer at the register, in the app and online and rewards them for buying: member discounts, personalized coupons and points. The goal is to give every purchase a name, so promotions reach the right people instead of everyone.
With a QR code that changes every 30 seconds or with their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. Qurable recognizes them in under 50 ms (p95, server-side) and decides the reward before the receipt closes.
Yes. Qurable integrates by API and is already live with clients on POS systems such as Napse (TOTVS) and ecommerce such as VTEX. The register system doesn’t change: Qurable decides the reward and the register applies it.
Yes. A promotion can be paid by the supermarket and one or more supplier brands at an agreed split, and each one’s contribution is recorded per campaign. Qurable doesn’t move funds: it calculates each contribution and leaves it ready for the close.
The sale still goes through and points are credited when the service is back. Redeeming points does require a connection.
They make identifying worthwhile: at the UK’s largest supermarket chain, 84% of sales are made with the program. They use member prices, personalized challenges, cashback across formats and supplier-funded promotions. The same pieces can be built on Qurable.
