Customer Data Platform (CDP): one customer, every channel

Agentic Data Platform is Qurable's Customer Data Platform (CDP) for loyalty programs: it unifies each customer's identity into one omnichannel 360 profile, with their consents, purchases and audiences, ready the moment they pay.

How it works

Camila buys her running shoes. Her reward is decided at checkout.

Camila is a Gold member of your sportswear chain. She shops online, in the app and in stores: Qurable recognizes her as one customer and decides her reward at checkout.

  1. 3 weeks earlierBuys online
  2. < 50 msShows her QR
  3. ~150 msReward decided

Illustrative data. The same flow works for a meal combo at a restaurant, a fuel fill-up or a wallet payment.

One source of truth, in real time.

When every system keeps its own version of the member, the app shows one balance and the POS another. With one profile, everyone reads the same data: Qurable identifies the member in under 50 ms (p95), decides their reward in ~150 ms and records the purchase in under 1 s.

Illustrative data from Camila's profile.

  • The same balance and tier in every channel

The app, the POS, the ecommerce site and customer service read the same profile. No one offers Camila a reward she isn't entitled to.

  • Decisions on live data

The purchase reaches the profile in under 1 s, and the next reward is decided based on it, not on yesterday's snapshot.

  • Every point, with its reason

Purchases, redemptions and tier changes go into a timeline with the reason for each movement. Support and audit teams see the same record.

CDP vs. CRM

Not another marketing CDP.

Your CRM knows who your customer is, but not that they're paying right now. Qurable does: it decides their reward at checkout, re-engages them with AI journeys and sends every purchase and redemption back to your CRM. It works alongside your stack, connected by member ID.

Integration

Connects to your systems, without replacing them.

Qurable is already live at clients with CRMs, ecommerce platforms, payment methods and messaging tools, and has an API for everything else. Implementation takes 1 to 3 months.

Every purchase comes in through the API; every event goes back through a signed webhook and a daily export, to your data warehouse or as a CSV file to SFTP or S3. Your data is always yours to take.

  • Messaging included: email and WhatsApp

Email and WhatsApp from Qurable, with per-channel consent. If you already have a messaging platform, we integrate with it; push and SMS go through your provider.

  • The sale is never blocked

If the platform doesn't respond, the POS keeps selling and points are posted once it's back online.

Security and privacy

You choose how much Qurable sees.

Qurable is ISO 27001 certified and runs wherever your policies require: in its cloud, in yours or with the database inside your account, in the region you choose. Five layers protect every profile, and you choose how much it sees. Check what keeps working at each level.

  • Your perimeter

Runs in containers: in Qurable's cloud or yours, on any cloud provider and in the region you choose. It can also run with the database, or the whole platform, inside your account.

  • Permissioned access

Manual balance adjustments require role-based permissions and a second approval. AI agents operate with the permissions of the role they are assigned, and anything affecting members waits for approval.

  • Minimal data

Identity is pseudonymized by hashing, and only the attributes each rule needs are used. Web browsing is linked by member ID, not copied.

  • Secure identification

A QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds, and per-channel consent stored with its date, source and the version of the accepted text.

  • An audit trail that stays

Every movement is written to a hash-chained, tamper-evident ledger with automatic reconciliation: movements are never deleted; corrections are posted as offsetting entries. Personal data can be deleted under different permission schemes, and the audit trail remains.

Questions

Questions about Qurable's CDP.

It is Qurable's CDP and the data module of its platform: one profile per member with their identity, consents, purchases and audiences, ready at checkout for rules, journeys and the reward decision. Its AI agents automate decisions you set up in natural language, with human approval when required.

A CRM stores who the customer is and builds campaigns for later. A CDP like Agentic Data Platform recognizes the member at checkout, decides their reward in ~150 ms and records every point in a hash-chained ledger. They work together: Qurable connects to the CRM by member ID and sends back every purchase and redemption.

No. It integrates with them by member ID and sends them every program event. It adds what they lack: the profile ready at checkout, and the balance and tier recorded in a ledger.

Through the API, and it's already live at clients with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Klaviyo, Insider One, Shopify, VTEX, Tiendanube, Oracle, Napse, Pomelo, MODO, Mercado Pago, Stripe, Flexibility, Wibond, WhatsApp and Twilio. Every event goes out through a signed webhook and in a daily export to your data warehouse. Email and WhatsApp are sent from Qurable or from your messaging platform. Implementation takes 1 to 3 months.

Three: the anonymous customer at checkout, every system with its own version of the member, and audiences that arrive after the purchase is over. With one profile ready at checkout, everyone sees the same data and the reward is personalized in the moment.

It means recognizing the same person in your stores, ecommerce and app, and across every brand in a group, with one profile. On Qurable, each member has one record with all their identifiers (phone, email, member ID and QR code), their consents and their full purchase and redemption history. Without it, every channel treats the same customer as a stranger.

In store, members identify with a QR code that changes every 30 seconds or with an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, in under 50 ms (p95, server-side). Online, they sign in to their account. Both paths lead to the same profile, so an in-store purchase adds to the same balance as an online one and the reward is decided with their full history. Your team can look them up by phone, email, ID or QR code in Qurable Manager.

Yes. In-store (POS) and online purchases reach the same member profile, so journeys, offers, tiers and the reward at payment are decided with the member's full history, not just one channel's.

Yes. A group can run one program with one customer base for all its brands, in store and online. TRIBU, by Grupo Dabra, brings together Dexter, Moov and Stock Center and passed 1 million members in its first year. If each brand prefers to keep its own program, the programs connect as a coalition with Engagement Ecosystem.

Profile audiences trigger AI Engagement Journeys: you describe the goal, the AI builds the campaign and simulates it on real data from the last 7 days, and nothing is sent without your approval. Campaigns go out by email or WhatsApp.

Qurable identifies the member in under 50 ms (p95, measured server-side) and decides the reward in ~150 ms, within checkout. The purchase reaches the profile in under 1 s.

What the program needs: identifiers, per-channel consent, attributes, purchases, redemptions, tier changes and audiences. Web browsing and other external data are linked by ID, not copied.

Yes. With name, ID number, email and phone pseudonymized with a hash, campaigns, segmentation, rules, tiers and analytics keep working. Messages go out through your own providers.

How we start

With your current program or from scratch.

You don't need a program already running. If you have one, we connect to your systems and migrate your member base; if you're starting from scratch, we design it with you. Either way, live in 1 to 3 months.

  1. A call with your teamWe map your channels, your systems and what you want the program to achieve.
  2. A tailored kickoffExisting program: we migrate members and integrate your CRM and POS. Starting fresh: we set up rules, tiers and rewards from day one.
  3. A measured pilotWe start in a limited set of stores or channels and measure against a control group. The POS is never blocked.
