Cashback
What it solves in your program.
The problems this module solves in loyalty and engagement programs for large and mid-size companies.
It serves banks, fintechs and card issuers that want to reward usage without month-end batch processes, and merchants and brands that want to fund cashback and return value in the same payment. Customers see their cashback right away, not days later.
- 01Cashback computed in batch and credited days later
- 02Reward budgets that overrun without control
- 03Reward liability without traceability

FAQ
What people ask about cashback at checkout.
How it works, who funds it and how it is controlled.
It's a reward that is decided and credited inside the payment authorization: the customer sees it in their wallet right away, and it is recorded on a double-entry ledger.
Traditional cashback is calculated in batch processes and credited days later, on the statement or in the app. Here the rule is applied while the payment is authorized.
The bank, the participating merchant or both. For example, the bank pays 50% and the merchant the other 50%: the ledger records each party's contribution, and each campaign is posted and closed from Qurable Manager. Qurable doesn't move funds.
Yes. Cashback at payment is live with Pomelo, Santander Peru, Banisi and Konfío.
Qurable decides the cashback inside the authorization using the transaction signals, the customer profile and each campaign's rules, in ~150 ms. It is live with Pomelo, Santander Peru, Banisi and Konfío. Merchants can fund all or part of the cashback, with their share recorded per campaign.
Any wallet, issuer or fintech that processes the payment: the processor sends the transaction, Qurable applies the rule and the cashback lands in the customer's wallet within the same authorization. It is live with Pomelo, Santander Peru, Banisi and Konfío, and merchants can co-fund each campaign.
Yes. On the same purchase you can give the bank's cashback, or cashback co-funded with the merchant, and then the bank program's points.
The ledger reverses the movement with a compensating entry. If the balance was already spent, the debt is recorded.
